Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
DMINK currently ships within the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are custom made and fulfilled within 5–7 business days prior to shipping. Delivery time varies based on the selected shipping method at checkout.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking has not updated or your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, you may reach out to us for support.
Orders & Processing
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible for any requests.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If you made an error, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we cannot reroute it.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
No. DMINK does not offer refunds.
Do you allow exchanges?
Yes. We offer exchanges only for eligible items.
How long do I have to request an exchange?
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
Who covers the cost of return shipping for exchanges?
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

What sizes do you offer?
Sizing varies by style. Please refer to the size chart provided on our page before ordering.
Do your products run true to size?
Unless otherwise noted, items generally fit true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Customs
Can I request custom designs?
At this time, we offer standard designs only. Custom requests may be considered in the future.
Can I request a larger size?
Please contact us on Instagram through our contact page if you need a larger size. At DMINK, we strive for inclusivity. Our suppliers offer sizes up to 5XL, but we are happy to assist with larger sizes. Note that prices may vary with size.

Do you sell Hoodies?
Currently we do not have any hoodies in stock. We are actively searching for a reliable distributor and will announce availability once we do.
What materials are utilized in your products?
Our items are produced using DTF water-based (eco friendly) and solvent-based (enhanced durability) inks formulated with German additives and Japanese resin for superior ink flow and color retention.
Care Instructions
How should I care for my items?
To maintain quality and longevity:
• Wash inside out
• Use cold water
• Avoid bleach
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry
• Do not iron directly over printed designs
**Ink requires 24-48 hours to fully settle after delivery before washing**

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment options shown at checkout.
Can I use more than one discount code per order?
No. Only one discount code may be applied per transaction.
