Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges Only Policy
We do not accept returns for refunds. Exchanges are available for sizing issues or defects under the terms below.
Size Exchanges
You may request an exchange for a different size within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:
• The item must be unworn and unwashed
• Item must be in its original condition
**Shipping costs for size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will ship out the replacement size.**
To start an exchange, email us at dminkcreations@gmail.com with your:
• Order number
• Size you want instead
• Photo of the item (optional but helps us move faster)
Wrong or Defective Items
If you received the wrong item or there is a defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at dminkcreations@gmail.com with:
• Order number
• Photos of the issue
Once confirmed, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Final Sale Items
The following cannot be exchanged:
• Limited drops
• Items marked “Final Sale”
Return Address
We do not accept returns without contacting us first. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions.
Package Refusals & Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
